1. Why should I hire Financially Fit for my business?

Our professional bookkeeper makes sure your books are up to date, allowing you to concentrate on managing all of the other aspects of your business. She provides you with reports that help you to understand and make sound decisions that impact your business.

2. Where does the Financially Fit bookkeeper do my bookkeeping?

During our free one-hour consultation, we will determine where, when and how the process will be accomplished. Many factors enter into the decision as to whether the work will occur in your place of business or at Financially Fit’s professional office. 

3. Will I have to change the bookkeeping system I am currently using?

Financially Fit bookkeepers work with the system that you have in place. We have experience with  computerized systems, as well as with manual bookkeeping systems. Financially Fit is Quickbooks certified.

4. What if I am interested in converting my bookkeeping to a new system?

Financially Fit can recommend a new bookkeeping system and help you to migrate from your current system to the the new one.

5. Does Financially Fit prepare and file tax documents with the IRS and State?

We do not prepare and file tax documents. By maintaining your day-to-day bookkeeping, our bookkeeper generates the necessary reports for your tax accountant, ensuring that your taxes are kept current.
